Thread Link: My AIO service thread, he ordered an acc from 1/1/1 to 60/60/70 for 6.5M ea, he ordered 2

Explanation: Starting off he gave me a week to complete it, which was bs already. I told him I can try but it might delay a few days. So I started the order and the the bailiff order came in as you all know, so I couldnt get on my pc for a few days. When I came online I contacted him and he was basically telling me he will be deducting money from now on since I didnt complete it within a week. I told him it wasnt due neglecence... it was due personal reasons which could not be avoided and had to be dealt with first. So he gave me 3 days to do 40/60/40 to 60/60/70. I worked around 18 hours a DAY to complete that, did it in a lil over 2 days. When I was done with the order I contacted him but he did not respond so I did the same and charged extra for the account since I needed the money and he didnt do what we agreed, he replied 5 days later to me saying "I was out of town, dont have internet atm". We then had a little arguement and I said that he can buy em for 7.5M ea and he replied let em go to waste. I came to sense and told him I would take the 6.5M ea. He replied saying: "cause of all the drama Im reducing the price to 5M now else let them rot"

I'm sorry to hear about these difficulties. You both are in fault and seem to not get to a peaceful conclusion.

You did had to complete the order within the days he requested, however he should be able to understand your personal situation and the circumstances.

I have contacted the user to post his side of the story. We will wait for his reply.

Because you should never have threatened to increase the price. If the initial price agreed upon was 6.5M and he was aware that it might take longer then he'll have to pay you the 6.5M

Action = reaction. He threatened with deducting money every single day past the timeframe... He just ignored me for 5 days and then came up with "I do not have access to a laptop atm because of a last-minute trip". How do you feel when you have to wait a week for your paycheck?

After 4-5 days into the order the guy goes MIA,not to be heard from 4 days later,

upon returning he states he had personal issues that needed to be taken care of and asked me to understand his situation and I did,
subsequently the extra 48 hours he took upon his return,during which a last moment out of station trip came up for me,
and for a duration of 5 days I was unable to get on a PC.

Hence,
Upon returning I explained him my situation to which I got an extremely obnoxious response,
After which I decided I DO NOT want to pay the man anything,due to the lack of understanding.

He has incurred 0 loss on the transaction where as I had paid for 2x Bonds for which I do no want a refund,
I just don't want anything to do with the order.

Treat it like an Account sale (since he created e-mail and everything)
and I have declined the offer or removed my bid,
however you want to take it.

Can you please provide skype screenshots to backup your statements? With the dates visible please, I'd like to see the start of the conversation as well and the logs of when the deal was initially made.

No need for a sarcastic reply.

I have thought about this and would like both parties to be satisfied.

If @nitinzaz agrees, @Aggre makes a thread and sells the accounts for 6.5m as orginally would be given when the order would be completed.

Aggre receives the money he should have and the dispute is over.

@nitinzaz would have lost indeed 2 bonds but as stated above is willingly to accept that and doesnt want a refund.

What is your opinion about this possible solution?

So are you okay with the "deal" that @Aggre tries to sell the account for 6.5M and we can close this dispute.

He ordered them within 7 days + 2 extra days, which is 9 days. Order wasn't complete until 14-15 days. The order is void, @Aggre created the accounts, they are his. It is clear the user @nitinzaz doesn't want refunded for the bonds, so this dispute is over. @Aggre is the account owner and is free to do whatever he wants with the accounts as they are his.
