How high can you get your attack and strength level on a range tank without gaining combat levels?

 

Goals are to have 99 magic range def and hp but i need to know how high i can have my strength and attack level.

Actually 70 78 gives 0.00 combat. But you can do 1-2 str levels more, it depend what prayer level u have.

Not sure what you intend on leaving your prayer at but 145 attack+strength total won't level your CB. Meaning you can have 99 str and 46 attack or mix it up however you want, as long as the total doesnt pass 145.

Depends on your prayer, a few strength levels might leave you with a extra combat level so check this before you do anything.
