does the 4 hours start when you first put in your offer

 

or 

 

does the 4 hours start when you finish buying your max limit for that item.

 

 

I'm guessing it's every 4 hours in rs time

once the item is bought your timer starts 

Im sure its when you finish buying the limit of ur item.

Starts once the first item buys, and then ends 4 real time hours after, not gameplay hours.

4 hours from the last buy. technically from the first buy/per item, before the last buy is 4 hours up you should be able to buy the first buy again

if you were buying an item with a limit of 4 and it brought 1 hour a part each time you could keep buying them.

(this is if it works like rs3 limits)
