Dispute against TzTok Jad

Disputed member: TzTok Jad (tztokejad first "hacked" skype) (live:heroez7 current skype)

Explanation: I ordered 18 quests to be done on an account, after paying and handing details of the account to the worker TzTok Jad, half way through the order I get PM'ed saying my account had been hacked and cleaned, when i checked, i had lost almost every trade-able item to the total value of about 31M 07 GP, TzTok Jad said his skype was 'hacked' and would reimburse me, i am still yet to be reimbursed after 3 days, and communication with TzTok Jad has been less and less since.

We're very sorry to hear about your difficulties with [member=TzTok Jad]. The information you have provided is very important, but before I can place him in the TWC group, you need to post a snapshot of his skype profile.

Once that's done I will check to see if the two addresses match, and we can proceed with this dispute.

 

Update: never mind seeing as [member=TzTok Jad] posted here is proof enough it is him.

 

I am placing him in the TWC user group and then we shall proceed

I WILL reimburse you 100% as I said in the above photo.

 

If this is not good enough for OSbot, then I will accept a ban. But until a few weeks into March is when I will be able to reimburse for everything.

Even so, it was critically important for this dispute to be filed so now you can't escape from your obligation to repay the victim.

If you two agree on this to be the timeframe for repayment, then I don't see an issue, you'll just remain in the TWC group for that much longer.

March 30th is late, id prefer friday the 13th of march at the latest.. 

 

also would like to note that Primo has refunded me the portion of the service that wasnt completed. 

Ok this is excellent to hear.

Hopefully TzTok Jad will cooperate with that date(which sounds reasonable as opposed to a week or a few days).

I will do everything within my power to have reimbursed by the above date, however I am not sure if it will be possible as most places have a 2 week hold on paycheck when you first start. Regardless the user will be refunded and all of this can be put behind us. Thanks for your understanding.

Fair enough, if, however, you can't refund by the date you, two have agreed upon, then you will be banned and won't be allowed to return until you refund him. However, that is for @Maldesto to decide whether or not you will be unbanned.
