Was about to buy a VIP status for my botting account as I have alot of accounts i'd like to bot, is it unlimited once I buy the VIP status can i bot as many account as I want? also How would i cancel the monthly subscription invoice?? 

From what i understand i think you can bot on as many accounts as you want and im sure you can cancel the monthly subscription

You can cancel via paypal anytime. Just end the recurring payment.

First: via OSBot

Navigate to the client area, buy clicking on your dashboard:

Then navigate to your "Purchases" tab:

Click the name of whatever script you wish to cancel:

Then finally hit the cancel button.

Second: via PayPal

On the homepage, where it shows your transaction history, go to the "Active" payment that has been purchased the same time as the renewal purchase (VIP, scripts,ect), then click on "Details":

Then scroll all the way to the bottom until you see "Cancel Subscription", and click on it:

You will then be prompted to a confirmation page, and just hit "Cancel Subscription":
