So I have downloaded the client version 2.3.28. But when I launch it comes up with this:

So I select how much ram I want to alloacte and when I have done that I press Launch. The tab disappears and nothing happens...

Is it something wrong with the new laucnher? Are we able to backtrack? Or do I need to select anymore options?

You need to look at how much RAM is available on your computer. First you were trying to allocate too much, now you aren't allocating enough.
