I don't really know good ones to set up on my account I used pretty long breaks, roughly 6-8 hours on with 8-10 hours off. The bot was live for probably 65~ hours of the 100 hours It might have helped that I played this account legit for a couple of months on and off too

Make a fresh account, get some combat levels etc, try to not look obvious as a bot and you won't get banned, also if you have the chance to get mirror client, do so asap since it provides lower ban rate. Mirror > stealth injection
