If you PP is verified you have to option to pay through your Bank account (not sure if this is available in your country though)

Extreme Scripts Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 I don't believe it's possible to pay for anything with a renewal without adding a credit card. The scripts you bought probably didn't have a renewal but VIP does. When the renewals go through they don't use your PayPal balance it will automatically dig into your bank account first then if not try sourcing the funds from your available balance.

Seks Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 if u dont have bank card attached to your paypal then someone gotta send u the money to the paypal(for doing services, or for selling osgp) so you can use it. no money will magically appear in your paypal balance lol.

Zikama Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 Simple solutions; Buy a voucher worth as much as VIP instead. Since VIP is set as recurring payment it must have a back-up source, which needs to be a creditcard in case your balance goes low or negative. So the only way you can avoid that is by using vouchers to buy VIP, since they're one-time purchases.
Extreme Scripts Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 As stated above, if you wish to purchase VIP then you need a card attached so that it can pull the funds from your account on the renewal date. If you do not wish to attach your card then you can always purchase a voucher in the Market section using Runescape GP and use that to purchase VIP.
