Reasoning: Foolishly admitted to me that he was a ban evader and scammer on skype and that he was also banned on two other bot forums. It's a shame because he was my very first questjob client ever before my services even existed but regardless he can't go unpunished for his actions which is why I bring this report up today.

Incase you're wondering about the missing F in some words it's cause the F key was broken at the time.
