Hey what do i set these to if i want to have a 5-7 minute break every 50 minutes

Average Interval: 50 Minutes

Interval Deviation: This is a number either side of 50, you should add a number to make it seem more realistic. If you choose 7, then you could bot from 43 minutes to 57.

Average break time: 7

Break time deviation: Similarly, add a number to make it seem more human-like. You could just use 4 so it might break for 3 minutes or 11.
