Got Iphone 4s with ios7, for some reason i can't download shit from App store nor use Itunes. My internet is fine, but i don't know why it won't work. I can't even update to the latest software update, just loads forever and does nothing. Anyone else experiencing this lately?

Try to go into settings > general > reset > reset network

Are you jailbroken or are you signed in with your apple ID?

Add my skype since I reply faster.

Hold your home button and power button for 10 seconds.

Let go of your power button and carry on holding your home button for another 10 seconds.

 

Restore your phone and update to iOS 8.1 (Through iTunes)

I'm sure if he wanted an android he would buy one or at least swap out his phone for an android.

I wouldn't recommend it. The iPhone 4S is laggy and slow on iOS 8. It's best for 5+
