Botting is high ban rates due to jagex's updating of the bot detection. So I very doubt so.

Good luck getting 20/20/20/20 with botting without getting headshotted with jagex banhammer

i did it, but that was in the golden ages, 1 year ago, sorry buddy its impossible. you can however train 70/70/70 and follow this guide

Its possible to get past early levels without getting ban hammer. I created this account 3 days ago(still not banned) and botted all the skills the first day right off tutorial island:

The levels were gained training at goblins using DNAIOFighter.

 

If you were to start it as a p2p account I would complete waterfall quest then begin botting at goblins. It would be up to you where you'd level up next, but I thin flesh crawlers is good to start around 40/40/40 and progressing aim toward 70 attack. As you're doing this, you'll want to habitually complete quests manually for future nmz training, which you can start whenever you hav the desired quests completed, 43 prayer, and I suggest 70att for a whip to get decent shared xp. From there you can go to 99/99/99.

Don't even try to bot a long time.... It will result in a insta ban hands down.

It could be possible, just babysit the bot for sometimes and join a friend make sure its a popular ones
