Peace, Wax A Assuming "factory settings" is the same as a reformat/clean install, then I know you'll keep the games as they should be tied to the Steam account (can't speak for Origin), but I'm not sure if the game data is stored on their servers or locally. Redownloading the games won't affect anything, though.
