Hi. I got PC and notebook. If i run 2 bots on my pc and 2 bots on my notebook, jagex will see it as 2 IP with 2 players each, or as 1 IP with 4 players? If as 2 players each, is it safe to bot 2 accs in the same time on one computer (ip)? Or there is a high chance to ban?

No, each Internet has a different IP. Different computers connected to the same Internet signal will have the same IP.

Which is why people buy vpns.

Each computer has a different Mac adress, which is probably what you're thinking of.

If you're connected to the same internet connection on all computers, they will all have the same ip.
