The only thing you should worry about is how long to keep the bot running, in which case I would say take at least 2-3 hour breaks. Prior to you updating the script, it was clicking in one area only Can you revert it to that? Nowadays we can get away with more range guild botting since it's not as popular as before, so it's no* longer a hotspot for bans.
