Dispute On 0Liver

0liver made me do an order for him back in May 2014, finished in early June and he has me waiting ever since for the payment.

I've made contact with him throughout messages on OSBot, so it's all in the logs to double check me.

And he hasn't paid me since. Im still waiting for payment.

But is has also to be said that i did not even log in to the account for a single time, aggre knows that i am pretty sure he is going to state this as true.

I know that i did not pay him and i am not planing to scam.

As i DON't have any accounts atm, nor cash on PP he has to give me 3 days to upload my prepaid CC to sent him the amount in $ or €. i don't know the goldprics atm.

Also i am going to add an extra 5$ for the troubles i made due to my rs/osb break of a few month.

add: fastest way would be a PaySafeCard in €, though i am not sure if someone outside of Austria could use it.

What difference does it make to wait 3 days more out of a full 5 months.

I'm pissed off as fk, I told him my PP clearly as seen in the screenshot and YET he did not send a single $ of the payment.

Another 5$ as for the trouble this has went through? I should have set an interest, 1$ per week.

 

Obviously you had intentions of scamming otherwise you would've paid already, like any fair guy would have done.

We agreed on an extra mill as stated in the screenshots + he posted here he would add an additional 5$ which ends up me recieving 25$.

According to and the lack of evidence which was presented (with regards to amount to be paid), the job was for $15 and the additional $5 was for the long wait totaling $20. I gather that from what he said the $5 was for the 1m to be paid plus a little compensation.

 

If there is any screenshots that have not been provided regarding the initial payment of $20 being just for the job itself, then no further action can be taken.

According to the chatbox, as I don't know the current prices, I have been told that 6m 07 equals 20$ and with the additional 5$ makes it 25$. Correct me if Im wrong.

0liver did pay me finally 20$, so if Im wrong then this dispute is solved.
