Why you would like to try the script: It seems to have everything I would need when it comes to rock crabs, and more; also, it's probably smart to try something before buying it, even if I already feel it's obvious I'll buy it.

How did you find out about this script: Simply found it through searching.

 

p.s. I know I don't technically (to my knowledge) meet the requirements for a 24hour trial, but could I at least get a 12hour one? If it means anything, I joined yesterday and bought Khaleesi's PC script.. so I don't have any intention of hitting and quitting this script, as long as it works well. I also intend to up my post count by getting more involved w/ the community. Anyway; thanks for taking the time to read this. Cheers.

Thank you very much! Just started it, and intending to let it run overnight.. just one thing that I already noticed though:

 

When there are too many players (according to one's preference) and the script decides to have you hop, it takes you quite a far ways south (enough to re-agro crabs, etc.) if you are being attacked by a crab and then has you head back up into basically the middle of the crab field.. and sometimes precedes to do this over and over again since usually every time it heads back into the middle, it accidentally awakens a crab.

 

It might be better to have the character go to a corner of the field/etc., where there are no crab spawns, to hop rather than having it walk so far away and come back into the middle of it to try to hop without being attacked.

 

Oh and, by the way, this is for the East field. Other than that, all is looking great. I'll let you know how things went in the morning. Thanks for the trial; cheers.

I will consider making a shorter path walking route but the idea was to be out of combat for longer than 10 secs so it didn't fail to hop. alternatively you can let it refresh by entering the cave which might be better for ya :)

Thank you for the tip, that's a great idea. Also, to maybe circumnavigate having to make the walking path short, you could possibly have the player hop when they walk into the woods, instead of having them walk there, then walk back to agro crabs immediately afterwards. I think it's perfect that you have them walk out; the only "problem" that I see is that it seems to walk back right after into the crab area before attempting to hop, and that sometimes causes a somewhat of a loop since crabs attack and then the player is prompted to walk out again, etc.

 

By the way, I'll be buying the script soon I feel; it's been working very well other than that minor aspect, so thank you.

Ye the initial idea was to reset crabs while hopping. The script should hop before trying to walk back , i'm not sure why it walks back before hopping again for you as it seems to be ok for me ;o

Huh, yeah; I just switched it to go to the cave to re-agro/hop, and it does hop when it reaches the cave, versus walking back to crabs then trying to hop. It might be something on my end then, if the caves work but the woods don't. And now I'll 100% be getting the script once the trial runs out since it seems to work. Thanks!
