Sure- trial started. As for botting duration, there's no 'optimum' time. Bans occur fairly randomly, so your best chances are to keep sessions as short and efficient as possible. I'd suggest giving this thread a read: https://osbot.org/forum/topic/124429-preventing-rs-botting-bans-v3/
