Explanation: 


I Paid balloons Oct 5th 8$ to do me a page layout for my aio services. he said it would take up to 48 hours. i messaged him on skype and osbot but yet have no reply. From what i can see balloons hasn't been on osbot since Oct 6th The night after i paid for the service. i messaged him on skype Oct 7th and 8th then agian today saying if i didn't get no information i would be doing a dispute.


Evidence:


Most of the Evidence would be in Chat if you can get that information? After i sent the money it all went to private chat.
