Q: Why should I trust Incendiax's Quick Questing Service?
A: I've played RuneScape for nearly eight years, have completed every quest in the game at least twice, and have been providing services as an independent provider/worker for four years. I, (insert OSBot username), am applying to Incendiax’s Quick Questing Service Team. By typing “I agree to these Terms and Conditions listed above” I acknowledge that I am entering a binding agreement to follow these strict Terms of Conditions, otherwise I may be instantly removed from the Service Team and may be put under dispute via OSBot forums depending on the offence.

1. All business with clients must be discussed within the Skype conversation that Incendiax created. Deliberately ignoring this rule and discussing business with a client outside of the conversation may lead to immediate suspension from the team. I understand that this is for the safety of the client and to maintain a professional environment.
2. I will tell the client to change their password before the service begins and after the service is completed.
3. I will never directly receive payment from a client, and will inform clients that they must deliver payment to Incendiax at the location he specifies.
4. If I cannot complete an order within the predetermined amount of time, I understand that I may only receive as little as 25% of the payment depending on how much of the order is incomplete. I also understand that all orders I complete are subject to a 12.5% commission fee.
5. I will never remove any items that the client leaves on the account unless it is first discussed with the client.
6. I will be as professional as possible at all times while in the order conversation on Skype with a client. (Have fun in the staff chat!)
7.) I will screenshot the completion certificates received at the ends of quests, along with "########(Your name here) of Incendiax's QQS completing (insert order here) for (client OSBot name)#####" in the chat so that the client in-game name is not visible, then post them in the Skype conversation with the client.

 

 

Q: Are you independently running this service or do you have workers?
A: It's currently just me and a friend running the service. We both have questing experience and are native English speakers.

 

Q: Incendiax, why is your thread naked?

A: I need a graphic designer! If you do graphics or know anybody who does, please point them my way.

Terms and Conditions of Service

1. You will go first, or find a middleman and cover his fees if applicable.
2. For your security, you will remove all items worth 1m+ off of the account before the service begins.
3. You will change your password before and after the service period. However, you will not change your password or login information during the service period.
4. You will deliver payment to me, Incendiax, directly.
5. I am not responsible for any bans, mutes, hacks or any other negative actions that may impede the status of your account.
6. You will not disclose the username of any in-game accounts I trade you with when receiving payment. Additionally, you will send me a Skype message verifying the items in the trade window when giving payment.
7. You will not log into the account during the service period unless first discussed with me. Doing otherwise violates Terms of Service and will result in your order being terminated without refund.
8. If you decide to cancel your order while it is being worked on then you may be eligible for a refund up to 35%.
9. If you do not send me a message on Skype or PM via OSBot and get scammed by a user impersonating me, I am not responsible.
10. I do not personally do large powerleveling, a few small levels like two Thieving levels I will do, though. As a result of this, if your account does not have the required stats to complete the order, your order will be suspended and a partial refund may be available depending on the circumstances. (Example; If I'm doing a Barrows Glove Package on your account and you only have 49 Cooking, I will not be able to complete the order past a certain point.)
11. You will leave positive feedback on my OSBot profile after the service has been completed.
12. You will post your order in this thread before delivering payment.

 

The only Skype I have access to is the "incendiax" account, I will never contact you from another Skype. Add my Skype for an affordable quote today!

Hello Everyone! This is Im a Noob99, or Jake is you prefer. I will be working for Incendiax. We hope to provide the greatest quality of questing anyone has ever seen. Please if you have any questions or need to contact Incendiax, but for some reason cannot, contact me through Osbot.
