At the current rate Jagex is banning bots I wouldn't run a script for more than 2 hours before taking a break. Also make sure that the breaks are spread out well and you have a good deviation on them ^_^

Yeah like that will do anything

Everyone has already experimented with breaks of all forms

Jagex is too good.. sorry to say but botting is impossible
