I asked a GFX customer to PM me but he told me that he received this error. ^^^
 
He sent me a picture of him logged into his account but I don't deem it legit since he could have just used inspect element. What does this error mean and how do you receive it?

idk maybe some1 thats not vip+ cant pm more than once per day

Normal members have a PM limit.

This isn't as such an error. It was put in place as a fail safe to prevent people from joining the site and spamming advertising or in some cases posting and messaging key loggers. This is a cap that is put there for non VIP+ members and I believe the limit is one pm topic evey 30 minutes (unless @Maldesto changed it but that's the jist of the story.

If he wishes to increase his capabilities he should purchase VIP ^_^
