When i used osbot1 I would get a ban for botting goblins for 2 hours lol. Is the banrates still ridiculous or can you train your account in peace?

Depends on the account, if it's fresh then it's a ban within a few hours. If it's not and you switch up your skills and bot a decent amount of hours, you'll be fine. 

They are better than they use to be by a significant amount. Ban rates are all dependant on the players botting hours and skills botted now a days.

If I see a few people get banned recently, I consider that high, but everyone's interpretation of high is different.
