OSBot should keep doing randoms

Featured Replies

Even though we can evade randoms now, why not still do them? Like think about it, Jagex thinks that all bots are going to be like fuck yes we don't have to put up with randoms anymore. If the bot still did them, then it'd bring less suspicion to that account, it'd be the opposite of what Jagex would expect a botting client to do? At least we randoms you had a break from continuous repetition. What so my fletching bot is going to repeat itself perfectly for an hour straight? At least with randoms, if the client did them properly it'd break that cycle of constant repetition.

Yeah that's a good point. Like tbh, If i was playing legit, I don't mind doing randoms like the evil twin. You get decent gem rewards like 3 diamonds etc, that's 12k, personally I wouldn't turn that random down.

There's already a panel on the bot where you can select which random handles you'd like to enable. Just use this for enabling the ones you'd like to complete.

But are the developers going to adjust the ability to randoms. Like the option to do this random (Yes/No), or will they just update it permanently to the 'no' option. And will they continue to update broken randoms? Because I can see a valid reason for them not to bother.

Random events are not only done by the developers. Some OSD's with the "API Developer" PiP have access to the solvers as well. As for the "yes/no" option there is already one in the client as @Swizzbeat said, it can be accessed via settings.

As a real player, if I could ignore them, I will. I cba to do randoms, they are annoying.

No I really do believe they do not give a shit anymore about randoms. Looking at the struggle the bot was having before this update I'd say the devs are better of focusing on something else to improve the bot.
