I have asked the user to post here with his reasoning for the feedback. They have 24-hours to do so or it will be automatically removed.

He had access to my account and hacked it after complaining i said i opened a dispute because he claimed my paypal was hacked.

Do you have any proof of this?

The evidence provided by you @Wharehe in no way shows that he hacked your account nor does it imply it in the slightest apart from your accusing him. Unless you are able to come up with satisfactory evidence within the next 24-hours the feedback will be removed.

It seems you were issued with the refund therefore I am going to remove the negative feedback as the comment is false you have received your money. You are however entitled to leave a neutral with a different comment as you had an unpleasant experience.

I suggest @Wharehe open a dispute for the account that was hacked so that if there is sufficient evidence it was @rskingp you can be refunded. I will be keeping an eye out for this dispute in the coming hours.
