September 4, 201411 yr You dont install the jar, you run it. As long as the computer has java installed and rs is not blocked, it should work.

Same goes for any language. For example, if you try to give me instructions in german, I will just look at you, because I have no clue how to speak german. ^_^ Edited September 4, 201411 yr by Mysteryy

My guess is that if you dont have download permissions, you dont have install permissions either. You can always install another OS on the computer if you are that dedicated, but dont get caught.
