its a school computer, and i can't install anything on it.

can i somehow run bot on it?

You dont install the jar, you run it. As long as the computer has java installed and rs is not blocked, it should work.

If you are trying to run a java program on a system that doesnt have java, you cant use the program. Same goes for any language.

For example, if you try to give me instructions in german, I will just look at you, because I have no clue how to speak german. ^_^

Yea, bring jdk and the client on a flash drive and then try to install it. My guess is that if you dont have download permissions, you dont have install permissions either. You can always install another OS on the computer if you are that dedicated, but dont get caught.
