I was doing an order 31-84 range for Poison4all and I reached 68 range today and then i see account has been disabled. I haven't been botting on that account so I don't understand why but then I tell this to samosamo and he says I need to refund. I refuse to refund because on the thread it says we aren't responsible for any bans or mutes. Then he tells me i'm fired takes 1.6m from an order I did+5m. I have proof i'm just putting this on first and seeing what they have to say.

Please post all evidence you have, including links to threads, Skype screenshots, etc.

you agreed to my t.o.s saying if you have been found to bot then you won't be refunded, and that 1.6m yes you refused to refund him so i refunded him out my own money and the money i owed you even though it never went through my service, it was between you two, but i refunded because i do not like scammers and what you did was not fair.

i don't know how many times i tell you, i said it didn't go through my service you commented on your own behalf saying you would do it, and he never posted on my thread which then he automatically agrees to my terms of service, and yes that what it dose say and when it happens to me i refund the price the person has paid me for the job which you refused to do which you basically scammed him his 3m.

Is there evidence to suggest he botted on the account instead of the person he did the service for?

you will have to get it off anonymous or of adnanesan, because it went between them two, i only refunded because he worked for me and the poor guy lost out on his account

my acc was also banned for botting by this service which adnanesan took part in. definitely not a coincidence.

are you stupid or are you not listening?, it did not go through my service!!!!!!, you replied on his thread saying you would do it!, and i said i can vouch he won't scam if you pay half up front, i don't know what you do on your computer plus proto's acc got banned after you went on it, and flaming thats after you called me a retard, and i said that because i clearly explained 10 times that it wasn't through my service and you still didn't get the message.

and I'm not sure if you can read but it says before/after, even if it was through my service which it wasn't because he never posted on my thread, you would be responsible because it got banned half way through it, so read before you post.

Ok. To clear things up: I told him to do a service for me which was 31-84 range (also posted on forums under Requests) to be done by HANDS (link to thread: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/59341-need-20-84-range-done-with-knives/) . He added my skype address and volunteered to do this for 6m where 3m would be payed upfront and 3m after the completion of the task. Proof I gave him 3m: http://i.imgur.com/c8I35zT.png

 

Everything was going smoothly but slowly until today he told me that account was banned due to botting. Proof: 

When I requested, that he would at least refund me that 3m that i payed him upfront since I don't want to have anything to do with his service again he said that he won't refund me. He also said that he didn't bot but in the next sentance he said that he botted his WC account and got perm ban on SAME IP address and he couldn't figure that all accs on same IP got banned because of that ban  . He also said something about his TOS which I hadn't seen before today. His TOS also says that he can basically does everything with the account without a chance that he had done anything wrong. I am also giving a proof that account has been banned today: http://i.imgur.com/O7ZNYJZ.png

 

Only thing I want from this guy is that he returns my 3m back since I gave him upfront and he only managed to ban my account!

@samosamo15, if it was not part of your service why are you refunding things? If it had nothing to do with you then you don't get to randomly give away @AdnaneSen's money. 

 

Based on the evidence I have, it seems @AdnaneSen indirectly got @Poison4all's account banned and as this order was to be done by hand then he is responsible to refund the money. I'll need proof of the 6.6m that @AdnaneSen claims @samosamo15 owes him.

I can refund the 3m from my pocket but firs of the entry fee service is 5m and samo can confirm i owe him 1.6m. Also the terms of service clearly say i am not responsible for any bans so why should I refund? I even asked to finish the order...

If it wasn't under samo's service you are not protected by his ToS. Also, unless OP posted in samo's thread he wouldn't be held to those terms. 

 

Do you owe him 1.6m or does he owe you 1.6m?
