its very easy to sort everything out . just ask him to make a screenshot of the paypal payment which he ordered 7M07 from me (check both's feedback page )

I can confirm that the Skype provided is in fact his as I have him on Skype also.

 

I have requested the user post here within 24-hours to defend himself. Failure to do so will result in further action being taken. He has been placed in TWC for the remainder of this dispute.

@@rskingp, Always check that the sender is verified, this can be done on (https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal=*)

Replace * with buyers email, (like https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal=ba_ba_la_ba@hotmail.com)  that way you can check them before they send you money, unverified senders are most likely to chargeback and win their disputes.

The user has failed to respond within the 24-hour period. He has been banned and will need to refund you if he wishes to return. If the status of the dispute changes please let us know.
