i was wondering if jagex even reads the e-mails you send to their account support, has anyone actually gotten a reply back form them?

Yeah they usually read and respond, but that may take a couple of days up to a couple of months (lol).

There customer service is quiet horrible the only way to get in contact with them is to call them regarding your issue.

They're really slow to respond.

 

It really depends. If you get banned for botting and email them they usually won't respond.A few months ago my account was hacked and resulted in it getting muted. I appealed the mute and waited a couple weeks but nothing happened. I then emailed Jagex about it and got a response in literally less than 2 hours and the offence on my account was quashed. biggrin.png
