Increase emoticon limit.

It's currently set to five which is just so low it's pointless. Can it be increased? I remember it was about ten or fifteen before, but it's been lowered I guess?

When writing a lot, five emoticons don't mean much and it can get annoying.

But it just gets annoying when I do stuff. Not a real serious problem, but it's something I'd just like to see happen.
