Is there a way I could maybe have someone else on here sell it for me? like post it and everything, and once there is a seller I can give them the information for the buyer and do the transaction, then keep like %12 of the gold or something?

FB means feedback, you can get it in lots of ways, including selling and buying gold, doing services for other players and more.
