Your antivirus may also be blocking connections, add the client to the "Trusted files/firewall exceptions" list if the fix @Alek posted doesn't work ^_^

Neither worked.

You're running a very old version of the client, it doesn't have the "Enable Injection Stealth Mode" on the newer versions, it is now mandatory. Please download the latest client 2.2.10 here.
