He's not banned, I only reset his postcount, deleted all his posts, restricted him from posting for 3 days and put his future posts under permanent moderation.

He spammed all over the forums, at first I started hiding all of his posts but after 30min or so I got tired of it and deleted all of his posts since it was just too much. Did you even read the staff chat? :p

In other words, he is banned without a line through his name. :D
