Bro I msged engima as soon as I logged in about the fury and he didn't reply. Engima knew I didn't know the worth of the acc, and he stalled until BP is up. Just check the old dispute we had. He recovered and waited 3 days because of "work" and handed it to me with no bank pin and no worth. The bank did have those capes, so that screenshot seems like it was indeed Mistamo's. 

i can vouch the account was equipped with these items when i turned over to impassive the first time "the acc is equiped with torso dlegs neiz fury w ring and hp (cape)"  i never looked in bank.  the second (this) recovery/dispute i did not log on in game at all so no idea what is on there now.

also i never stalled on returning the account in the first dispute,  either one of you could have had the account within hours of the recovery request if you had sent me the same email aderress.  when i got conflicting ones i told you to send me the same or open a dipsute.  you can have a mod look at my account activity im almost completely inactive other than dealing with these two disputes and have been that way for weeks/months.  i work 50-60+hours a week in general and have done what i can to resolve these issues, but my work and personal life will always come first.  there was a weekend where i didnt responed to this dispute for 48hrs+ not becuase i was waiting out the bank pin or scamming but becuase i was out, and the longer this dragged on the less and less of a priority it became.

Since there are too many parties involved to be able to actually determine who took the other items we cannot hold anyone responsible for that.

Well if you look at the fact engima stalled and then didn't reply to me about the fury, you can have something... But everything I post is ignored and since I have decent honesty I'm here refunding lol while I have TWC and engima is chilling with a free $70 and clean name.

 

Give me an amount in rsgp I have to refund. He said I can keep everything on the account, that's the only reason I took them and sold for $$. Now I have to buy rsgp because like all the over screenshots I posted, it's overlooked. 

Now that I think about it, Impassive is blaming Enigma for taking my bank. When Enigma logged in, I was last at drags in what he said - whip, nezzy, fury, ect. I wasn't using my kraken tentacle while I slayed, it was in my bank. I had a normal abby whip to slay with and then the tentacle whip to stake with. If Impassive thinks Enigma took everything from my bank, why did he leave a kraken? Don't you think that's odd?

 

I believe Impassive took my bank and I would like it returned to me. The evidence is stacked against him honestly. Enigma has done nothing but be of the greatest help to me. Both of you are just making assumptions of who could've taken the items without actually providing any valid evidence. You cannot just give me a theory of something that could've happened and expect me to base my conclusions upon that.

The average price of the items he took is 1.9M so that's the amount he'll have to refund you.
