Offsite Dispute - Need Mods Decision

From what Impassive posted, the account is locked. He still has the password though. I don't have the account or money. How is this even fair? Him having both and me having nothing at all. If a mod would please make a decision it would be appreciated.

Obviously you don't know anything. If you didn't have the account, it would say invalid username or password. EVEN if it's LOCKED, you still had access to the account and you DO KNOW the PASSWORD. Which means you DO HAVE the account, even if it's locked. I'm beginning to feel like I'm talking to a child.

It's funny you say I removed you off of Skype. I don't know what that has to do with anything, but you're lying about that. Please post a screenshot of me removing you. LOL, why even lie about that? It's meaningless anyway... If I did remove you, no one cares.

 

I'm not basing my argument off of silly ideas. The bulk of my evidence is in the first post, and I've backed up all my claims with evidence. We seem to be going in circles from these last few posts so I'm done playing games. I'll post when requested.

Actually, with the proof you showed, you do have possession of the account.

Now, unless the kid who bought it, is a total idiot and never changed passwords, you have the account, or somehow know the password to it.

Then work together with @extraenigma to recover the account again and hand it over to @Mistamo. The screenshot clearly proves that you still had access to the account right before it got locked for some reason.

 

You're right. I am not denying that. No need to "prove" anything. I DID have access, I've mentioned this in my previous posts. The reason I had access is because Mistamo filed a dispute with PA to get his money back. So if I told engima to register the email to his, he'd walk away with both the account and money.

 

Also, I'm not really sure on what's going on with PA, but I tried going on today to see where the dispute on there is going, and turns out my account on there is suspended...

I sent an email as to why, but it seems Mistamo is progressing with the dispute there too to get his money(While he didn't even mention anything here, lol). I'm new to playerauctions, so I'm not really sure what this means, but if I got suspended, then it probably means the dispute is over and he's in the process of a refund. This is just speculation though, as I'm not experienced with PA. I'll post the reply I get from my message as to why.

 

(Funny how I find this out on my own, while Mistamo is posting here about getting the account back).

This is the only reason he payed such a ridiculous price for the account, because he is getting his money back."

If I could've decided at anytime to get a refund, I would've gotten a refund WAY before I made this thread. I have been trying to get a refund, yes. But once they denied me, I gave up and made this thread after talking to Enigma. Once I get the account in my possession, I will email PA and inform them that I have the account and would like the dispute to abolished. I will even post evidence of me doing so in this thread just so everyone is clear of my intentions.

So the dispute on PA is not officially closed yet? Can you get them to confirm that?

Also, if the dispute concludes in favor of @Mistamo you obviously will not have to refund him the account.

@Mistamo you must understand that incase you continue the dispute on PA to get a refund from there, there is nothing we can do here until we know for sure if you'll get a refund on PA or not.

 

I would also like to add that in the meantime you can already go ahead and recover the account with the help from @extraenigma if you wish.

I do understand that. I'm not trying to get both the account and my money back like Impassive has done. That would be ridiculous. I just want one or the other. I can't get a refund by myself. They clearly state that I do not have enough information to continue and get a refund. The only information they accept is Jagex emails, or I would've used this thread already.

 

If I could've gotten a refund, I would've gotten it long before I posted this. Why would I waste my time on this thread just to go off and get a refund then have Enigma recover the account for Impassive again? That doesn't make sense to me. I want the account and then it's over.

That's where my concern lies... There are 2 disputes open regarding this and the outcome of one is dependent on the other. It doesn't make sense for something happening on one, and something else happening on the other.

 

It seems like, only now are you touching on all my points from my first post on this thread...

 

And engima says he is having problems recovering it. He also posted about this early on. And please understand that the account is not in my possession. Yes, it WAS when Mistamo filed the dispute on PA, but it's locked now, and I have no way to obtain it. So it's safe to say it's not in my possession.
