TR33 Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 I have a pretty nifty idea for a new script, but releasing it to the public would crash the market for that item and the script would quickly become useless. Instead, I was wondering if it is allowed to request a custom script made from me and have a scripter here make it. If so, what section would I put it in? I don't see any requests for custom scripts on here so that's why I was wondering if its against the rules or something. Don't see why it would be, but thought I'd ask first. Lights Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 Selling private scripts is not tolerated, and will result in permanent ban when caught. The creator(s) of a private script are allowed to receive donations, however, they are not allowed to ask for a donation in trade for the script. BotRS123 Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 If you want to buy the custom script, you cannot and if anyone tells you that you can, just ignore them because it is against the rules. You can get banned/scammed for this. If a scripter is willing to write the script for you for free, then that is allowed. You can send a PM to a few scripters and see if they are willing to write one for you. I just wanted to inform you of this, so that you don't get banned/scammed.
