jagex track ip time or account time?

Featured Replies

As none of us work for jagex this of course will all be speculation, but do you think jagex follows the total time your ip was on their server or the total time an account was logged in? I ask because I am looking into starting a small bot farm (4 bots) and was wondering if a single vps running 20 hours a day with each account running only 5 hours would be a big red flag for jagex or if they'd only see an account logged in for 5 hours and not think too much of it.

4 accounts on 1 IP = Red flag .

and yes im pretty sure jagex can check the runtime of an account session. Its the easiest way to filter out potential bots.

Anyway if u need some windows VM, i can get you one for $10 with 1gb ram

Alright, thanks for the opinions. Guess I'll have to think something up.
