snowman97 Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 Alright, so I got permanently banned on my main account about 6 months ago. I was botting woodcutting and got to 96 along with 100K Maple logs in the bank, then I went to the store to come back to a banned account. I haven't done much runescape related stuff lately (except for playing an rsps) But I have to say I kinda miss Runescape (07 that is). Now I'm considering if it's worth appealing for the account or are they just going to deny it no matter what? If I appeal, do you guys have any tips? Thanks
Apaec Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 they say on their site they dont read appeals for botting bans
RSturtle Posted July 9, 2014 Posted July 9, 2014 I was banned 3 months ago, I sent in an appeal but it seems as though they do not read the appeals any longer. You are welcome to try but do not be hopeful. My main was also banned.
Mitch Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 Wouldn't even try. http://services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/My_account_is_banned
corey_1996 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 They seem to be alot better at detecting and banning bots nowadays:/
danspazy Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 you have a better chance of winning a mega lottery ticket then getting jagex to read your appeal and unbanned you.
Intestine Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 It's no use. The best way to try and appeal is contact a Jagex Mod in game, and try to get him to read over your appeal.
