I need some help as im not very knowledgeable when it comes to ShitPal. I currently have $183.43 balance. I sent money at 3:00 pm it worked fine. 4 hours later Im trying to purchase something off of someone, i type in their email, try to send a small amount and it wont send the payment. Need some help

It is a paypal issue, just contact them they can fix it.
