nothing you can do to stop a chargeback you have to sit back and accept it lol 

 

I've heard about people sorting these things through phoning them up. Maybe worth a shot.

Calling them is the most successful method on getting this resolved.

Ok ill prob call them

Ask them to check the buyers IP address with the one that was used to make the payment at the time, if they match there's no reason he should be making a chargeback. If that don't work out or if he was a smart ass using a VPN at the time of the payment it kind of seems fishy that they waited 17 days later to report it and IDK but I'm pretty sure they had probably accessed their PP in that time frame.. 

Thats why you always make them put a note saying 'buying runescape gold, and i will NOT chargeback' Got chargebacked once, but i had the note and so i got a refund.

when me and other people got charged back by @Hoodie Allen i called them up, one of the nicest people. Your prob not going to get your money back though.
