I have just tweeted them again, see image below.

I asked them this as referring to a previous post it can only be done through player support within the Runescape website.

I am concious of the fact that the user has now re obtained access and is active on the account. If am advised to go through player support, will I be given access to the account to do so? Or has @keithrocks attempted to have it removed with the information I have provided?

I really want this dispute to end tongue.png

@keithrocks will either have to do it through teamviewer or with the information provided by you. If he'd have to give you all the information of the account again that would defeat the whole purpose of going through this to make the account more secure.

If @keithrocks already has possession of the account and is on it, it may prove difficult to remove JAG at the time since RS will believe he's hacked. They may lock the account or something now...just so you all know.

I think it would be best to have a decisive decision from him, Im fed up of wasting time trying to sort something, when he's happily playing on the account and now seems to have no care that I was wrongfully accused.

I'm going to give the user the next 24-hours to respond judging from his last online time (4-hours after his last reply), if he does not do so then he is more than happy that the account is back in his possession and isn't really worried about the safety of it. I appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout this.

Cant be fucked messing around with twitter any more. Not worth the hassle. Put more time into this than deserved in my opinion.

I've been emitted to hospital and still managed to post that I might not be active, its not hard to post your real life circumstances, it takes 30 seconds to post. Means everyone can stop wasting their time.

This gets sorted tonight. I posted my farewell days back. Coming back isn't my intention.

If this doesn't get sorted tonight, whether I'm banned or not, I will not be returning. I have spent far too much time on something which I feel is somewhat resolved.

Can you try submitting a support ticket on Runescape through the account to request the JAG removal? @keithrocks can log in on the account through teamviewer. They'll have to at least reply through there.
