When I check the hex color on the signature, it shows the black area is #111111 o.o

no because of the layer effects :(

Its one of the blending options you got covering it.

I'm not anywhere near decent with photoshop, but couldn't you just make the image over a black background, and then once it's all done, remove the black background so it's transparent, and then put it in the signature so the forum acts as it's background? o.o

Not too sure if the "layer effects" won't allow that, since i'm dumb

i put that on the top layer and nothings changed... this makes no sence

You have to flatten all the effects into 1 layer when you save it as a png or jpg so the effects wont work on any background

Yeah, it looks fine, just a bit blurry due to the fact that it blends in with the background more, since the background isn't as dark

the colours are a lot more dull
