Hi, can I get a refund? I bought this and used it for 4 hours before getting banned immediatly.

Post in the refunds thread. Khal has no power over refunds. And you're clearly using stealth mode, which is just ASKING for a ban. You need to be VIP+ to use mirror mode, which is the only real safe way to bot. And 4 hours on runecrafting is also risky.
