How much was the original order for?

15m for 89 qp .then we did another order for 4m he paid 3522k at start and was to pay the other 500k after 

the second order was for fremennik isles+fremennik trials+desert treasure

Could you post evidence of the user agreeing to the 15m.

also, he ended up paying 6m+3 berserker necks which I sold for 9m and took 2-3 hours to sell

 

The user clearly agreed to paying 15m, he could have taken another service if he thought this to be an "overcharge", I have removed the feedback. Sorry for any delays.
