Instead of asking every developer that has a script relating to magic or a script that has this issue outside of magic, I think it be much better if the admins fixed it within the client.

This issue has affected the sdn hunter script in such an extreme way, and weirdly it only started with issues today for me.

Yes, quite a few people have encountered this lately.

That is the best way of fixing it, but do you want it fixed now or in 2 months?  Look at how long we've been waiting already!

Support, this sometimes happens to me. Not from spells but from other things, like using an object on an npc, or a bank. Like when I fletch sometimes it will try to bank when an item has the white line around it.
