Never botted, was a non-member (inactive) for over 6 months, then tried logging on and banned.

 

E-mailed Jagex on 3 different occasions and they "assure you that their system is fool proof and that my account did in fact bot.) 

 

How is this possible? Any help?

Jagex has assured me that they dont ban purely based off of IPs and only when an account has used macro.

Just like how they know unbotted accounts not and how people aren't hacked. They give us more bs than politicians.
