In order to run two clients you would need to purchase VIP, if you are found to have multiple accounts they will be banned.

Tells the JVM how much memory it is allowed to allocate to the heap. If the JVM exceeds this amount it will throw an exception and shut itself down.

 

It's mainly in place to just completely dispose the bot if it begins to use to much memory due to a leak.
