Okay so... I haven't played my main for like 10 days, and I NEVER EVER BOTTED this account and I'm not flagged as well because i logged into my level 10 account just fine.

How the hell are they going to ban me without proof? I never botted on this account nor I ever logged into client with this account.

Fuck RS07 and everybody should just quit.

Yes they do, and they know who bots are too.

They aren't stupid, they've been doing this a lot longer than we have.

This.

Also don't you do loads of services for people on your same IP?

A possible theory you might want to consider could be;

1) The person gave you an account that might have been flagged for macroing

2) You logged onto it, did the service w/e which flagged your IP

Idk? Just putting an idea out there.

You should try to reach Mod Reach via Twitter, that is your best chance to get unbanned
