Hi people I need help understanding why only 1 paid script will load up on the client when I have a few others I cant seem to find them on the site any more either.

 

surely I should be refunded if they where removed? however I'm sure this is not the case.

 

The missing scripts are as follows:

Which scripts are not showing up?

If they are a paid script and are not on the site anymore they have been removed and can no longer be used.

Then surely i should get a refund as i got a guarantee with the receipts

Click here and see if your scripts are there. If they say expired, you need to renew your payments on them. If they say cancelled, that means either they were removed from the store or you cancelled your subscription from them.

 

If they show up there but not your client, then you need to contact an administrator to find out why.

 

If they do not show up there but you are sure you paid, contact an administrator with your paypal transaction IDs and list of scripts you bought.

I never bought scripts with subscriptions that way i couldn't lose them

I clicked your link it took me to all my purchases non of them say expired and there is still thumbnails for them all but there not in store any more.

Can you screenshare or teamviewer so I can look? Or post screenshots here that would be helpful. thanks

i bought all my scripts via on site credit

it's because all of the scripts he was using were from around october 2013 and most of them are no longer scripts anymore. I had only heard of two of the scripts he had.
